About Yoga for You

Hi, I'm Jolyn Ortega.

As an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, I have over 1500 hours in training in the foundation and application of Yoga Therapy, which includes in-depth studies of anatomy, physiology, psychology, and Yoga's sister science, Ayurveda.

It is this training, along with my clinical immersion work and 25 plus years of yoga study and practice, that I use to help you bring balance and healing into all areas of your life.

I am deeply committed to the inclusion of yoga as a strategy for health and believe the future of healthcare is preventative and integrative, focused on the whole person.

During this pandemic, I provide my services online through Zoom and, when appropriate, work with clients in their homes. All Covid-19 protocols are followed when meeting in person.
